The rooms and the bathroom was fantastic. I am rather disappointed at those experiences and the responses I received. Luckily, nothing happened, but I did not feel safe! When I called to tell them about my experience, they didn’t seem to care very much. When I went around the back of the desk to the elevators to go to my room there was a guy there, with a hoodie covering his face and head, there were no cameras and no security anywhere to be found. If you’re walking through the casinos gambling and you’re a single woman, you could be in danger. What a nightmare! I do not recommend booking a room through any other third-party. It was absolutely unbelievable how difficult it was to get one of those charges reversed! Hours of phone conversations, resistance from my bank. There was nothing on the kiosk that asked about having a reservation, as a result, I was charged twice once by Ameristar and again by. It asked for my drivers license, so I assumed that it would link my reservation. When I arrived, there was nobody at the front desk so I had to check in through a kiosk.
